The Freedom To Marry Coalition and the Freedom To Marry Foundation (and their respective websites EqualMarrriage.org and FTMF.org) will treat your contact information as private and confidential. We will not provide your personal information to any other organization. Your personal information includes, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, postal address, email address, credit card number and giving history. Also, credit card numbers are encrypted while traveling over the internet.

When you use our website to send letters to others (elected officials or other decision makers) those others may have privacy policies that are different from ours. While we facilitate your contact with these decision makers, we are not responsible for what they do with the information that you send them.

The Freedom To Marry Coalition will send you updates by email. We will do our best to respect your time and attention. You can remove yourself from the mailing list at any time. Removal requests may take 3-4 weeks to process during especially busy periods.
